It took a long time for me to be comfortable saying that I was a real photographer. I always felt that I lacked the proper expertise to claim the lofty title. But over the years, I've gained so much experience capturing the world in still images and working with camera equipment that to not call myself a photographer would be disingenuous to the skills I've developed. My favorite photos I've taken are of great sweeping landscapes, but I have also come to really enjoy my portraits and product photography. But above all, the most difficult photos (and perhaps the ones I'm most proud of) are the candid photos I've captured during events.
