I was a freshman in high school when I took my first class that brought me into the world of professional communications work. It was a radio broadcasting class and I got my first real taste of Adobe Audition and what was then the Adobe Creative Suite. I had never felt more proud than when I got to hear a radio commercial that I had made played over the airwaves on the top hits station (KCDZ 107.7 FM). From there I've expanded to podcasting andI still use the skills I learned, over 14 years ago, every single week.
